Science Consultation Services focuses on client-driven engagement, analysis and writing to:
- Understand current environmental policy drivers
- Assess alignment of scientific and technical information with policy priorities and objectives
- Review the current “State of Knowledge” on topical issues and provide technical and policy analysis
- Facilitate existing networks of public sector, private sector, academic and Indigenous collaborators in complex environmental issues
We bring twenty-five years of experience in federal and provincial government research and programming, academic partnerships, supporting Indigenous organizations and communities, and private sector and international collaboration to science-policy engagement and analysis. Current clients include not-for-profit land management organizations, government and Indigenous organizations.
Our experience in land use analysis, soil science, sustainable forest management, cumulative effects, grasslands, afforestation, and community-based land use positions us to support organizations in aligning scientific and technical results with policy, risk and stakeholder objectives.
